This is the 2nd one i bought in 2 weeks same problem as the first one missing parts and battery no good starting button and remote starting only works part time and pulsar will not warranty there products unless it's purchased from an authorized dealer i am sure that the e bay dealer had anything to do with it as this is a factory problem on this unit

Generator does what it's supposed to do. Item was exactly as described. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to do business again. Had a little hiccup with UPS but the seller said they'd handle it and they must have gotten it sorted, it shipped and made it by the time I needed it.

    Nice powerful little unit for the price.

    The product is quiet on both normal running and economy. Once plugged into and running power equipment, noise level hoes up. Easy to move around with extended pull jandle handle. ONLY issue is no product support on Propane regulators supplied with unit. 2 different regulators. One large single stage, 1 small standard 2 stage. Nothing in manual, nothing online to confirm assembly. Have autoswitch regulators do it shouldn't be a problem but would be helpful with better info. Otherwise would have rated it a 5 .

    The wireless remote is the best part. Don't have to yank on the rope like the old stuff. This thing is so silent compared to the old generators I've used
