Marion Ravenwood - I Need One of the Pieces your Father Collected
The early figures released in the 2008 Indiana Jones line suffered from poor quality control and what some would consider atrocious paint operations. This figure is no exception. However, under the horrible paint applications are decent sculpts of these iconic figures. I was able to clean up the eye and eyebrow painting with an exacto knife know thinning the thickness of the eyebrows and removing excess white paint for the eyes. I also added more paint for the hair along the side of the face. These minor adjustments vastly improved the overall appearance of the figure and made her more presentable as Marion as opposed to the bug-eyed, thick eyebrow, and skin colored hair action figure she was originally. This figure also could have benefited from articulated knees as this was an outfit in ...
