This is a serious piece of equipment.
This knife is surprisingly high quality for being made in Taiwan. And I don't really want to admit that, but it must be done. Fit and finish is flawless. Good, hard steel and a handle that just melts into your hands. Super tough triad lock and G-10 scales. The knife is a little big, but quite light and thin for its size. Fits in your pocket nicely. This is the folding knife I would carry into a post apocalyptic wasteland.
This knife is built tough. The blade steel it's very high quality, s35vn. The g10 handle is solid with aluminum liners to add a little durability. The triad lock is possibly the strongest folding knife locking system available. It locks up rock solid with no play. The blade dropped shut out of the box. Very smooth action. My only complaint is the pocket clip. The ramp is too tight to engage many pockets. There is no easy solution for this except modifying it yourself. All in, I still highly recommend this knife. It is a real work horse. This knife is built tough. The blade steel it's very high quality, s35vn. The g10 handle is solid with aluminum liners to add a little durability. Great knife
I wanted a “working” knife that was large, strong, and of superior quality, and this is it. I suppose a larger knife might be “pocketable,” but for me this is about the upper end of what I want clipped into my pocket. It is very solid and very easy to use. And I have no doubt it can handle whatever I ask it to do.
