Vase was shipped directly from Walmart very quickly. It arrived poorly packed by Walmart & broken. Vendor quickly responded to my message & was very apologetic & quickly refunded payment. Although I didn't end up with the vase I have no complaints about the quick resolution. The poor packing by Walmart was the issue and the vendor had no control over that.
