Great product, worked flawlessly for cutting up branches in a yard cleanup. There were a few rough spots where the plastic shell had been molded, but a little sandpaper smoothed them right out. I am very happy with my purchase, it had long run-time, and I used it to cut branches up to about 5" thick without issues. I kept the chain well-oiled as there was no automatic lubricator but it didn't seem to pose any problems. A+ product and experience.

Works wonderfully! For small branch/brush cutting, it can't be beat. I hate to start up my little gas saw when I can do most of the work with this little 4" saw. Seems to be well made, but the charger seems a bit "iffy". I had to plug/unplug it to the elec. outlet and battery several times before the red Charging light came on.

Thank you. I did purchase the 3 year warranty through Allstate. I only got 2 uses out of different brand purchased. This seems like a better quality and I'm liking the case to keep everything intact, inside. It will only be used to shorten any pieces of wood that won't fit in side the wood stove.
