    Good

    I thought it was agar-agar only. The main ingredient is sugar. Not agar. So it wasn't what I was wanting but it's a great deal and product anyhow.

    Not Good For Petri Dishes

    I bought this product with making a culture medium for mycology. I did not realize that it has added sugar which doesn't let it set up good enough for that purpose.

    good, but sugar also

    only issue is it is not just agar..sugar in this product so may not want to use for savory dishes
