The seller said the mattress was slow to expand to full 12 inches mine still has not fully expanded but it is at about ten inches and i am ok with that i knew what i was buying and it is very comfortable at 10 inches for the money and i could buy a topper and still be way ahead of full priced 12 inch mattress. Arrived early and I already set it up on the bed frame. It's inflating quickly and I can't wait to sleep on it! I laid down on it and it's super comfortable and plush! When order was placed, the listing stated the item would be shipped in 1 day from order. This was on 3/9 and the item had not been shipped as of 3/11 so I contacted the seller was told "We are not a single individual seller, and this listing is to buy old inventory directly from the us, the manufacturer, Sinomax-USA. Our business hours are 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday, and these orders have to be hand keyed". Product ws received on 3/15. Very soft and not very comfortable, not as firm as I'd like.
