    Capsules come in green powder form takes about 2weeks to feel and maybe see change in results are you gonna be massive just depends on age but be more in mood and have more erections drink water start with one then increase not bad on price didn't notice any side effects been using for months now

    If your approachin 50 or over it’s probably a good idea to work this into your diet

    People can take it for several things. It does seem to help some with energy but I primarily take a half dose everyday to help my immune system and to be proactive with my prostrate because it is suppose to be good for that
