I ordered two neck pillows which arrived promptly. Each had its own draw string carrying bag and included a bonus sleep mask.
The bags are a little bulkier than my former blow-up neck pillows but these have their own inflation pump -- a plus. As received each pillow & mask is roughly 5 x 8 x 3-1/2 inches (13 x 20 x 9 cm) which I regard as easily packable and portable.
I haven't tried the pillows yet but they promise better neck and head support than the simple C-shaped pillows I used before.

Able to pump up the pillow in 20 seconds and easy to deflate. Will keep my neck and head in place. Eye mask covers most of face well. Bag for keeping items together is good idea. Item was shipped promptly, but some reason it went from MA to North Carolina then to Minnesota. Do not know why this happened. Not the seller but USPS that did the routing of package. Will use on trip on plane and on the bus as I am on my trip.
