This Solawave has been temperamental from the beginning of using it. I read directions followed the suggestions for using properly very carefully. Now it doesn’t work at all.

Buyer waited over a month to contact me about an issue with the item! They weren't willing to do the things I suggested to resolve the problem with the item! I told the buyer I would not consider a refund if they would not do what I suggested. Buyer replied by yelling at me thru ebay messages. Not willing to do what I suggested, yelling at me and leaving me negative feedback without giving me a chance to resolve the issue I decided to not communicate with the buyer anymore and denied the return.
