Lamp arrived dented, rusted & bottom falling out. When I requested refund and shipping label to return I was offered to keep the item and they would refund 50% to save us both the trouble. A) If they didn't want trouble they should not be selling junk marketed as new B) refunding 50% is not acceptable-I need full refund to use toward purchasing a lamp that is actually new and undamaged. Pics were included in refund request.... Zero integrity in this.
