Fast delivery. Good price. The only thing was the brackets that covered the unit had a little issue staying connected But with a little modification worked out fine. I ended up screwing pilot holes and adding a screw w/lock washer. This had nothing to do with the seller just the product. Similar products from other sellers have the same issues. If you are handy enough to install these roof racks, you are handy enough to figure out how to keep the plastic covers on. Seller highly recommended A++

caps you put on last ,that cover over top ,that snap down ! will not stay down they keep -poping off ! had to put 8 small screws in all 4 caps so they don't blow off when driving.. if you loss any of the plastic caps! the rest of its no good.. guess thats why their sold for under $50.00

The items were as described. Shipping was perhaps calculated to lower the price of the item. Packaging could have used an additional strip of tape as the box arrived with one strip of tape that was ripped and opened half way up the box flaps. Shipping to Hawaii is brutal and packages arrive in poor condition if not well packaged. Internal packaging was very good. A good overall transaction.
