The units were great except one of them had a hose that the flair didn’t hold and it blew apart when I pressured the system . Then I had to go buy a flaring tool to fix it. But the step buy step manual was very helpful. All together it’s a great product. During shipping it got banned up but it was not enough to worry about. Thank you have a blessed day!

Ordered two 1200BTU mini splits 17 seer2 everything went really good. Shipping was very fast. One of the reasons I purchased from this seller was it was advertised as a 17 seer2, but what I received was a 16 seer2 both units. I really don't think that will make much of a difference in efficiency. It just was not what I ordered with no communication about it.

We understand your dissatisfaction, but it is an error in the design of the equipment's packaging. We have sent you the AHRI certificate for the unit via message so that you can verify that the SEER2 rating of the unit is indeed 17, and not 16 as indicated on the packaging.
