    It has helped me out immensely! This book was recommended to me in order to improve my swimming skills. I am not a swimmer at all, but am planning on entering my first triathlon this fall. By implementing a few things I have already seen improvement. Thanks.

    Best swimming book I've ever read.

    Most useful swimming book I've ever read. I won't give up my copy so bought this as a spare to give my uncle with whom I was discussing the ideas in the book.

    Total Immersion swimming

    I purchased this book to aid in my triathlon swimming. The book is well written and very easy to understand.
