Fish arrived disfigured and sick. Box was smashed upon arrival and newspaper was soaking wet with what should have been the water for the fish. Fish had to be culled for it's own good as it was suffering tremendously. Shipping took longer than normal but seller explained as to why. When I reached out about the fish being disfigured I was not given a response or apology even though I clearly stated I wasn't seeking a refund. Next time I'll go to my LFS.
